Yes, I think I can relate. I’ve had those moments of unease, which often, I don’t understand. It’s like a queasiness of sort in your gut, or sometimes, it’s a feeling of something cold or chilly, and always inexplicable by your current situation or condition. I should pay more attention to this.
i am glad I purchased this because it is definitely help me to become clear on things that have happened in my life. I am starting to notice things more and writing them down is helping so much.. I am learning to slow down and focus more on the underlining thoughts.

I am presently earning my Master’s in Integrative Health and Healing and have several certifications (the Western way of proving you have studied and “know” something) in energy healing (IET), medicinal aromatherapy, laughter yoga, and angel card reading. My more recent background is in medical coding (the business side of medicine), which I teach at the college level so I straddle two very different worlds.
I was drawn to write a note to you and the class – I teach online and love getting to know my students. there are many things shifting in the energy of our planet and learning about our energy and how powerful we humans really are is absolutely necessary.
I have been reciting the mantra/yantra for four days and noticed that it has become like a song as I recite, very nice addition to my meditation routine.
You are a true light worker and crystal child and it is a pleasure to be taking your course.

I have past 80 and been into this kind of “stuff” since the 1950-ies started with the famous Yogi.
It’s exciting to imagine what we are going through and getting out of this course.

Um Hmm, I concur with these lessons. I am a sensitive person and I constantly get that feeling in the gut and heart as heart break…
I am at the point to where I am doing most of all I can to combat becoming a lifeless shell or something. I still believe in and want to experience Love, Spirituality, Intimacy, Abundance and the Sacredness of Life!

It’s very interesting you mentioned how numbers could be an indication of something relevant in ones life because there are certain numbers that keep reoccurring in my daily life and I often questioned why – but eventually I would just dismiss it as coincidence. Maybe now I can get to the bottom of it. 😉
Thinking about all the times I had that weird funny feeling just before I did something that I shouldn’t have……… if only I knew then what it meant, I really could have spared myself a lot of drama, heartache & pain. The awesome thing is……. now I know !!!

Since i have joined the programme last 18th of Oct , it was only now i was able to view all the videos for the introduction. But i have started saying the mantra and yantra everyday since then and i could honestly say that something is shifting in my energy and i feel very lively when am at work or wherever I am. I really think something is improving in my life for the better. Thank you very much.
Really enjoyed watching these introductory videos. I always say to myself that I need to pay attention to my gut feelings and it’s true. I get this tightness in my stomach. So what you said was really informative.
Returning to the subject of infrared saunas I was actually recommended to take these for health reasons but I find, despite drinking copious amounts of water before, during and afterwards that I have a terrible headache on the right hand side every time I go for a treatment. I watched your videos on Ayurvedic medicine and the gut/head connection so this must have an explanation somewhere.
I call it my intuition and my quiet mind. Sometimes it’s a feeling and sometimes I have a subtle thought that comes to mind. When I don’t follow that subtle thought because I dismiss it as random chatter, I regret it. Also, I will get a feeling about situations, environments, people and decisions that I’ll need to make. Sometimes it’s a subtle feeling and sometimes it’s overwhelming. There has been times that I couldn’t shake the feeling that I shouldn’t do a particular thing and the emotion was so strong, and I couldn’t understand why until after some time had passed, then I would see what a disaster I was able to avoid. As I get older, I’m learning to get still and listen to how my body and emotions feel for helpful guidance.
I can really relate to this lesson. Sometimes I feel like I should listen to what my body is telling me, but I usually ignore it thinking that it’s nothing. Thank you for the reminder. I am glad I invested into improving myself with the lesson you are teaching.

I followed that “feeling/intuition” full on to enroll in this course. Now, looking back, it feels as if it happened on its own accord. There´s some doubting mind going on , but perhaps that would help to strengthen my confidence and surrender.

Ive learned to be obedient to that bad feeling I get when something is not right. Every single time I went against it, I regretted it.
