Im committing to 3xs a day for 40 days; and at least once a day for life.

From the 1st time I meditated with a Sri Yantra it moved, shifted, changed colors depending on what part I was meditating in (gold n purple, lite blue with white edges); and I lliterally felt the movement in my gut heart n brain. I havent been the same since. My mind is much quieter. Amazing. Im soo grateful.

That’s so awesome Kori, love your commitment!

    • Veronica W 9 years ago

Is that the most wonderful experience! For me, I have seen the symbols move, but yet it is a 2D picture. That alone helps me to meditate, watching to see what it is going to do next.

      • Puja Shah 9 years ago

Yes, it will look different for everyone and will change through your journey!

I just repeated the mantra 108 times without looking at the yantra.
It appeared effortless but my eye lids became heavy.
    Is this normal

    • Puja Shah 9 years ago

Yes you are in a relaxation state so this can happen!

I thought we were to use also the symbol of the Shi Lanka with this as well….I did not catch that being implemented in this or the one before…..just asking….

  7. Roseline C 9 years ago

Hi, where can i get the symbols?
    Thank you

I’m sure I feel something in my body when I repeat the mantra, anyone else had this. Looking forward to prosperous health, monetary abundance and luck xxx

  9. Fletcher C 9 years ago

I am also committing to 3 x daily. I am ready for exponential transcendence.

  10. David K 9 years ago

How on earth can you count all the mantras (to 108) while reciting? Doesn’t the counting disrupt concentration?
    Thanks,
    David

    • Amish Shah 9 years ago

You can use a mala bead necklace that has 108 beads so you do not have to think about counting.

  11. Hunter d 9 years ago

This is a wonderful experience and the Project Yourself Team REALLY has done their homework!!! An amazing experience!!! Thank you. I have been using a Mala which has 108 beads which you use during your meditation. You don’t have to count the number of times you repeat the Mantra…you thumb through each bead until you hit the largest bead you started at. This tool is key to enhancing your experience with Mantras. Invest in one that speaks to you – ideally from a local shop in your area. You really want to handle it and feel it’s energy. There are all kinds of Malas made traditionally of Rosewood or Sandalwood as well as Minerals & Metals. Enjoy the journey!!!

    • Angela C 9 years ago

Great explanation of why and how to use the mala. Even experienced monks and yogis use them. If there is no nearby shop, as with me, many reputable temples and shrines sell them on line to raise funds and the one I bought in that manner came with a lovely blessing for it’s use..

    • Amish Shah 9 years ago

Yes for sure Hunter! Thanks for being here!

  12. Lynda C 9 years ago

I made my mala. It was easy to make and there are so many types of beads and sizes that you can use.

  13. Marion E 9 years ago

Is it ok to say the mantra for say 10 minutes instead of counting 108 times? The counting is distracting me from the mantra. Thank you

  14. faye m 9 years ago

While am chanting the mantra for 108 times and focusing on the sri yantra at the same time….i can’t help to wipe my eyes all the time coz i become teary eyed. Is that normal ? And is it alright to drink water in between coz i feel dehydrated easily. Thank you.

  15. sam d 9 years ago

While I chanting I get pass out or my mind go blank get very sleepy and yawn a lot is their any thing I can do to help me focus and stay conscious without sleepy or pass out ?

  16. Timeyin O 9 years ago

During practice, let’s say I am already at a 100 chats and I get distracted by my daughter and I have to stop to tend to her , do I start all over again or continue from where I stopped ??

    • Puja 9 years ago

Yes it's really best to do so in one sitting but if if you can't then it is ok to start at where you left off.

  17. Timeyin O 9 years ago

    Chants I meant .

  18. Jill Z 8 years ago

Hi there, I’m really intrigued so far. Might I make a suggestion or two? Maybe also make a shorter version (maybe more “Dolan style” of the meditation for those who don’t have / want to spend an hour. And then make audio versions of both the long and short for those who don’t want to be in front of a computer.

  19. Jill Z 8 years ago

Also a question…if you need glasses to read, is it better to have them on while looking at the Yantra, or take them off?

    • Puja 8 years ago

You don’t want a headache while viewing if that happens then keep them on!

  20. Glenn H 8 years ago

    This is exciting!

  21. Rasmus M 8 years ago

    Benefits of Prosperity Practice;

More clarity in general thoughts & projects
    Revitalizing – more energy
    Luck increase
    Miraculous gifts from the Universe
More practice – Greater the benefits
Goal in Mind – See the Solution(s)

Stick with it for at least 40 days.

  22. Karen W 8 years ago

Would it be beneficial to do this more than once per day?

  23. Aileen M 8 years ago

Hi! There is no audio on the above video….

  24. Anat G 8 years ago

If I do it for lets say 15, 17 days and then skipped a day because of circumstances, do I have to start over again? How effective, or not, is it if you still do it 40 times but had a few short breaks?

    • Puja 8 years ago

Anat it is really important to be consistent as this is importance of the ritual. You don’t have to start over, but for the significance of it, I personally would and stick to it!
