Hi Amish, I am having real trouble with level 4. I identified a major fear in level 3 but level 4 brings up a whole lot of questions. Are we all just kidding ourselves about life.? As human beings we have guessed and offered opinions about why we are here but NO-ONE really knows. All we have is a bunch of theories and we have been working on this for thousands of years and we have been killing each other over it for just as long. I cannot buy into the idea that all the atrocities we inflict on each other, on animals and our planet are what is MEANT to be. Surely we have been missing something fundamental all this time.
Dear Amishji, dear Pujaji, thank you so much. At present, it is a bit difficult for me, to write certain things down about me in the workbook, as my printer stopped working also. but i go sturdy. as i say, heart-stubbornly. so I have not done all the coursebook work yet of levels 1-4. I listen to it all and love the explanations about the Sri yantra and the nadis and petals… I made sure I listen to the binaural beat meditations in particular, even just at table even I jhad a meditation routine that I could never keep up for longer than 18 days in a row. I am already seeing results. I have found that how my life is going right now is actually an autoimmune or adrenal condition that might also been influencing brain. This is my success now, as it takes a lot of the despair and doubt out of the equation. I am much more confident about how to proceed now and very confident about many things that were already right and where I have been right from the very beginning of my conscious life from a feeling point of view, the just knowing how I felt with my body. It´s not about being right or wrong, but that it is healthy to listen to your own body and trust yourself. often it is the doubt and trying to fit in with others that can make us physically sick. It is great how I can read my outer life situation and understand what is going on in the inside. I am really at a pian point inmy life because the symptoms have been there slighter for long time, but connecting the dots. I did not work in the workbooks, but I took some notes even when handwriting was difficult and then enjoyed it, how after a meditation, my handwriting would be much better also. And answered the precise questions you asked who to connect to, etc… So, today I listened to all holosync meditations starting from root up to the heart meditation and the one you shared here. after that I had to stop watching and went straight to sleep. Felt my heart beat. Strongly but peacefully…. came back with a heart clarity and took important decisions. Thank you.

Like the 1st lady on the comments page I too can not log in to level 3. I can log into all other levels but not level 3. I get the screen that says either I am not a member or I am logged in & have to log out & re log in. I do, but can’t access level 3. Not sure If I should go to level 4 w/o level 3. Had death in family so I am behind in getting in touch w/ you. Thank you.

I have moments of fear though that the father of my daughter will not Keep his word for good. How can I Project trust in this situation?

I released it and just waited till i forgot and after 2 weeks my daughters father contacted me again asking if he can visit us. he is in France and we are in Germany. but of course the Connection is there and works very well. i noticed that if i do the sexual TRANSMUTATION USUALLY AFTERWORDS IN FEW HOURS SOMETHING LIKE A CALL HAPPENS: SO COOL

You know what? besides the great knowledge you share what I discovered today is that what I like the most from Amish and Puja is their enthusiasm.
This level was very revealing to me, I have a pacemaker and I am very enthusiastic but today I discovered that when things do not go well is when I come or work from fear instead of from my enthusiasm.
This is the most wonderful discovery I have had regarding my heart blockage. I have had this pacemaker for more than 20 years but tonight I realized several things that I was not aware. Thank you Amish. Love and Blessings and I will be with you again. Good night.

I really like the material, but I feel I am not progressing. I don’t have a lot of free time for the exercises. Even worse, I am pretty sure my root chakra is blocked. Intuitively I know that I will grow exponentially if I can open my first chakra. Any suggestions?
Like many others it very hard to get in to the course most of the time.I love the course and the meditations are great .I love the hart one because it helps us allow to start manifesting bigger things .

No i did not see your note about the Sri Yantra being sold. The deep dive meditations are powerful, spiritual and very uplifting. Am living in awareness and seeing results. Marching forward . . . but I do go back to prior meditations from time to time….Valerie C
