In the drop down menu there is a tab that says Welcome to Project:Yourself. On that page there is a PDF download available for the Sri Yantra!

These videos are very glitchy – keep stopping. Also, after finishing a meditation, your logo with the music is very loud and jarring. I’m believing that these issues will be taken care of – it is frustrating and stressful. Please know I say this with love (although it may not seem so – frustrated right now) 🙂

    • Puja Shah 9 years ago

Beverly, thank you so much for this feedback, it will be noted for sure!

    • Lore M 9 years ago

I found that if I de-select HD at the bottom of the videos, the videos play smoothly.

I agree with Beverly about the music, especially when I decide to play a few in a row and the videos/audios are short ones, it’s too much, a bit redundant. Having the loud music at the end of a meditation startles me out of a nice relaxed state as well, leaving me with my heart pounding.

Aside from that, loving the course content!

      • Puja Shah 9 years ago

Thank you Lore, definitely will try with that music, and so glad you like the content!

I am impressed with all you said and covered in these nine videos…you have a voice that really made the listener concentrate and follow…super…thank you…

I have a question regarding the Create the right mindset. In know what you want the first question is write down what you truly enjoy doing. Now I don’t truly enjoy doing the dishes and figuring out meals, so how will I get those things done using this system?

Thank you for all of this! Monica

    • Puja Shah 9 years ago

Monica, great point. While we try to attain a specific goal, we may still need to do things that we don’t enjoy however it our mindset during those tasks. For instance, doing the dishes isn’t the best task in the world, but when we approach it with a negative attitude and mutter under our breath while doing so etc., it creates this negative vibration so when we are done and go on to do what fulfills us, we have stagnant negative energy. But if we look at it as something to get done to move forward, in a positive light, we can carry that positivity into whatever else we do. 🙂

      • Apple 9 years ago

I am trying to practice mindfulness and love each dish and put loving energy into each plate with the intention that it will be a nutritious and healthy to eat off I fill up the sink with hot water and soap as I’m cooking and drop all the dishes in there at the end of the meal I’ll wait a little after dinner and maybe even have dessert and then all the food is loosened and easy to put in the dishwasher

      • Allison B 9 years ago

Something to get done to move forward!! I love that! Extremely helpful!

Would it be possible to allow us to control where the video starts…. i accidentally clicked off the page and am finding i have to listen to the entire video when i really want to hear where I left off.
I love what you’re sharing and thank you so much.

    • Puja Shah 9 years ago

Connie, thanks so much and are you able to move the line to where you need to play it that is next to the play button?

  7. Jacqueline C 9 years ago

I love what I have been hearing so far. I agree with a lot because I have worked with something similar in my past. I’m finding that it is work I must do again as I am retired now and have the time to really focus on myself. I pray at night and speak of my gratitude often however, sometimes I forget; I love meditation and practice as often as I can. Thank you for all of the work that you have done.

  8. SAMITA G 9 years ago

Thank you so much Amish and Puja! Loved all the videos you created so far. I was out in the nature puttering in the garden right after the pratyahara! Sri Yantra is gently but surely nurturing me to be myself. I see it all the time and hear OM. I added that OM to my painting last evening.

    • Puja Shah 9 years ago

That is so beautiful about your painting Samita!

  9. Forrest S 9 years ago

So beyond my technical question, I have this thought and question. It seems to really master level one, it could take months to process, facilitate and integrate all the concepts. Should I go on to level 2 if I’m still not clear about my soul’s desire? One of my biggest goals for this program is to be able to connect with my soul and be able to determine what it wants vs. my ego. I want to be able to access my intuition more deeply. I want to be able to tune into infinite wisdom when ever I desire. These are my desires, but how to I know if it’s my soul speaking? I feel the things I want “should” be more grandiose, like to cure world hunger. I have everything I physically want, a good marriage, a career that fulfills me, enough money to retire, a loving family. All I really desire is a connection with “the all” and live my life from through that connection. I can’t figure out what action steps to take except through meditation and contemplation. I would appreciate any thoughts or guidance. Thank you. _/:\_

    • Puja Shah 9 years ago

Forrest, I would still start with level one and complete it. As you go through each part of each level, that truth of your soul’s voice will sound more clear and that deeper connection to intuition will start to feel more accessible. In regards to the action steps, write whatever comes to your mind, don’t over think or think of what you should feel or be or want. 🙂

Looking forward to not getting mad every time Windows goes down or my DSL is supper slow. But more important as I have a cognitive problem from viral meningitis. As I am now I am a widow I lost my best friend & coach so I lost all other family members so I tend to 2nd guess myself. I try to be sure I get all the facts on things but there is always uncertainty. I have started meditation just before your course & it has helped. I look forward to improvement maybe even controlling the seizures that I also have from the meningitis. Anything that can help my brain improve I am all for thank you.LOve your meditations.

Where do I find the Project Book that is referenced in Level 1? The only book I found was Jump-Start to Project: Yourself which doesn’t appear to include the practices in Level 1.

    • Puja Shah 9 years ago

It is at the bottom after all the videos and says PDF: Project Book

  12. Alveratta P 9 years ago

    Yippee, I found it!!

  13. Cheryl H 9 years ago

Thank you Amish and Puja for your vision for Project:Yourself and all the love and hard work you must have poured into this in order to provide so many of us with the tools and encouragement to realize our potential.

I can tell you that things have already started to move in my life that were at a complete standstill!

I was wondering if it is better to keep practicing the exercises in Level 1 and get somewhat proficient in them before moving on to the next level or to keep moving forward through the Levels and then revisit the earlier lessons/videos/meditations?

    Thanks!

    • Puja Shah 9 years ago

Cheryl, thank you! Take your own time with each level and it would be great to even repeat anything within the level that resonates with you or you feel you need more clarity, that way you get the most out of each area. 🙂

  14. Marcia F 9 years ago

The forgiveness exercise actually took me several “listens” and a couple of days to think through and accomplish. I haven’t written notes yet (though I’ve composed parts of them mentally), and I don’t know if I’d ever actually send them if I do write them (for many reasons), but I do believe that just the act of thinking through the forgiveness more thoroughly will prove to bring an even greater freedom in some cases.

    • Puja Shah 9 years ago

So glad that you thought it through and I totally agree. There is this quote, Marcia, about forgiveness by Gandhi: “The weak can never forgive, forgiveness is an attribute of the strong.”

  15. Sharon W 9 years ago

I really appreciate the forgiveness video session, what a powerful exercise! What if the person who wronged you is not willing to accept your apology – what then?

    • Puja Shah 9 years ago

Thanks so much Sharon! This is the art of letting go as well. As long as we have forgiven ourselves, or others, it allows for openness to receive and move forward.

    Hello Puja,

Just about to start level 1 with Connect.

Can you please confirm if it’s absolutely necessary to sit on the floor (as opposed to sitting on a chair or bed in an upright position while folding your legs in a yoga position? Is there a reason why you suggest seating on the ground..?)
This same question also applies when doing the Pratyahara exercise in the introduction?

    Thanks and Regards
    M

    • Puja Shah 9 years ago

Hi Mita- I responded to you with this same question in a message from support last week I hope you got. Yes it’s much better due to the spinal alignment, because in a bed you can often slouch. You can try in a chair but being connected to ‘earth’ is best. Thanks!

  19. Mita N 9 years ago

    Dear Puja and Amish,

The following questions are regarding the Project Forgiveness exercise.

I’ve made a list of people to forgive on some level. However, since I have not been in touch with most of them and since I wouldn’t know their whereabouts, I would not be able to write them or send them a letter.

    1. What should I do in this instance? Do I still a heartfelt letter to each of these people and forgive them and ask for their forgiveness, without being able to post or emailing them?

    2. For those on the list who may be contactable, do I absolutely need to physically reach out to them in order to forgive them and vice versa? Or can I write a heart-felt letter to them confidentially without letting them know? (they may never wish to be contacted or they may never wish to forgive and instead purposefully wish to for me to live with guilt?

Btw, is there a timeframe as to how long one should spend on each of the nine levels..? (Since the forgiveness exercise in itself could take up a whole week..?)

Thank you and I look forward to hearing from you soon.

    Namaste..
    M

    Hi Amish and Puja
Just a quick thanks for everything you are doing with project yourself.

I have really loved doing the forgiveness exercise as while I am forgiving of others as a rule , I am not as forgiving to myself and this exercise has helped me release feelings of guilt from past mistakes and has made me realise the Importance of forgiving yourself to allow you to develop.
    Thanks

  21. Clara V 9 years ago

Amish and Puja, I just started level one, but I have been doing, practicing and teaching yoga and meditation for a long time now. And I am really excited about Project Yourself!!! Thank you for doing this amazing work! You are connecting yoga with NLP, with life coaching and making it greater. Thank you again

    • Puja Shah 9 years ago

Thank you Clara for being here and for your work on this path!

  22. Alicia D 9 years ago

Dear Amish and Puja, Thank you so much!

I’ve make all my note of people to forgive. However, I have not been in touch with most of them since many year’s, and I do not have any contact information from them, I would not be able to send them a letter or write them.

Do I need to physically reach with them in order to forgive?

Should I go on to the next level?

    Thank you for all!
    Regards.

    • Puja Shah 9 years ago

Alicia- it is really up to you because everyone’s situation is different. If you are holding onto something, or feel you need to, you definitely should contact them.

  23. Mita N 9 years ago

    Hello Amish and Puja,

Trust you’ve been well. Still going through Level 1 but I some questions as follows:

    1. Is it really necessary to sit on the floor (as opposed to sitting on a chair or bed in an upright position while folding your legs in a yoga position? Is there a reason why you suggest seating on the ground for any of the meditations? This same question also applies when doing the Pratyahara exercise in the introduction section.

This is regarding the Project Forgiveness exercise. My forgiveness list consists of people with whom I’ve not been in touch for a long time and therefore don’t have their contact details:

    1. What should I do in this instance? Do I write a heartfelt forgiveness letter to each of these people, without being able to post or emailing them?

    2. Conversely, for those on the list who may be contactable, do I need to physically reach out to them in order to go through the forgiveness process? Or can I write a forgiveness letter to each one of them confidentially without notifying them? (Some people may not wish to be contacted or they may never want to forgive or even purposefully wish to for me to live with guilt?

Would you please let me know so that I may resume asap?

    Thank you and Namaste..

    Amish & Dr Puja,

I am so hooked on your content and absolutely LOVE, Amish, your authenticity on the webinars. It’s as if you are following me around home, or outside, because you literally are going everywhere with me on my phone, filling my mind, heart & Soul. Everything so far resonates as “truth” to me.

I have taken part in a variety of programs throughout 30+ years, and there’s usually something “off” or missing. Miraculously, I am finding answers within your program thus far and I am only at Level I! I have been hung up the past few years on the “how” or “what” in creating my deepest desire, which is to empower others to raise their vibration, and collectively raise the consciousness of our entire planet to feel, know & live Love. I know it first starts within…..and now I see how the education, tools and heart-centered intent of what you are doing can truly make this happen!

I am excited to be a part of this, step up to the responsibility of continuing my own growth, and open to my piece in how best to share this with others.

Many, many blessings to you…your team….and everyone participating in PROJECT: YOURSELF!

    Deanna

  25. Gregor M 9 years ago

    Dear Puja and Amish,

Like your course very much so far. It has made me reflect on aspects of my life and personality I don’t pay the attention to that they deserve.

Concerning the different meditation exercises and some concepts mentionned I’d like to ask you the following questions:

    – In the Project:Forward meditation you mention our avatar, our soul connection, which is our guide, our higher self. Is this the same as the soul you mention in the next meditation exercise, using the Sri Yantra image, the soul represented by the third ring? Does the avatar “personify” the soul?

    – How do you define “soul”? For me at a physical level it’s a electro-magnetic field, at a psychological level it’s the support for consciousness (the experience of being aware) and at a spiritual level it reflects God’s, the Universe’s tool to connect with the physical world and our personality. Our soul enables us to defuse, to have a witnessing consciousness, ideas without emotions. Is that close to how you “see” our soul?

    – So far, in the Jump-start and level 1 parts of the project there are four meditation exercises. When do you use which one? For example the Avatar-Sanctuary exercise and the Sri Yantra meditation “overlap”, there are several similar themes in both of them, like the our sanctuary, our soul, our connection to the Universe, When do you use one or the other of these meditation exercises?

    Thank you.

    Warm regards,

    Gregor

The content is amazing! Although I have worked through all these stages many decades ago, I am still able to check in to see where I am at in the now moment, decades after. Thank you Amish for your great work appreciate you greatly. Much love to everyone.

  27. Nicole L 9 years ago

    Hello,
    awesome, beautiful Amish and Puja!

I am happy to report that I do NOT encounter any system glitches using Google Chrome, Windows 7 Ultimate on an Acer laptop.
Close to two years now, I have been checking out a bit of various modalities of healing, a taste of Hypnosis, brainwave entrainment, energy healing… While experiencing Video 3 of level one: holding the breath for a count of three, made me feel like I never did before! There was this electrical charge growing in the middle of my torso. After doing this three times, like guided, I was dizzy. When the meditation ended, I felt refreshed, tingling with euphoria like… how should I say… like having just enjoyed a garden-fresh homemade strawberry smoothie on a hot day! Beautiful.
Some days later, made it to Video 6. What had started me on my Quest for Healing was the desire to find out about FORGIVENESS, beyond the dictionary description. Without any background in religion, nor concrete spiritual practice, this word was just a word to me. Cracking open the Bible provided a vague abstraction, but how to apply it for healing other than engaging in the foreign, equally incomprehensible act of “praying” !? Now here, putting it in the context of interactive Give and Take of intention… I’ll be dwelling here a while. Much work to do now. Challenging, but refreshing. Really learning something new here, feeling like a kid again. Until next time, Peace out.

how exactly should i be scheduling all of this? Like, when do i do what?

    • Puja Shah 9 years ago

This is different for everyone. It would be best to set aside the same time each day for each part of each level, however that works for your daily life.

  31. Jana S 9 years ago

Lvel one might be the hardest for me because of the forgiving. But after few years I wrote a letter to my father, cried a bit on it and now I feel free to go on 🙂

Unfortunately I cant Access to Level 2. So I wait till it works..after asking by email.

Thank u puja & amish. Ist a deep travel here and I see that u do all from your heart. Honestly compared to other programs I see already now that there is much more deepness and has been eloborated with love this Project. U r perfectionistst 😉

  32. Angelina A 9 years ago

    Thank you Amish and Puja.
Today I saw your video and webminar on the Shift which I had seen before but it was very interesting to listen to it again.
Tonight I have been listening to the Level 1 of the Project. I love the way you take us throughout the lessons and exercises. Some audios I have listened twice because they are so important.
Although I have worked a lot on forgiveness, I will enjoy doing the exercises for several people and myself.
Tomorrow I will print the Sri Yantra and check where you suggested to place it. I remember facing to the north and near the east? that means on the south wall near the east? Thanks a million and blessings!!! Angelina

    • Puja Shah 9 years ago

Yes the Sri Yantra should be placed in the North-East direction with the tip of the Yantra towards East direction. (so it would face west). Thank you for being here!

  33. Ockert M 9 years ago

Again, thank you guys, thoroughly enjoying the material and the way it;s presented. Good job, I love it. Thank you also Puja for the replies on ‘all’ the comments, well thought out answers, see you at the ,,,next level 🙂

Just completed level 1 for the second time. I found the forgiveness exercise very transforming and did get to a place of oneness. Awesome. I do have a question about The question and answer session. Amish said we would be getting something in the mail and could not tell us what but it was coming soon. I haven’t received anything. Did I miss out? Thank you so much. Wendy

    • Puja Shah 9 years ago

Wendy sorry there isn’t anything in the mail, that was an older version, thank you for bringing that to our attention! And so glad you found that exercise so powerful!

  35. George A 9 years ago

    To Amish and Puja –

A sincere thank you from deep within….. Not only for the beautiful work created here, but also what the result has formed ; A stream of people, like me ,who longed for something such as this- a simple beautiful map revealing a defined path…I think others besides me would realise this to be be a labour of love, where the prime concern is of direction to a destination of clarity and awareness …an awareness so overwhelming only those who have experienced can pen a description revealed. I have no doubt many like myself ,would like to return tenfold what has been given here…..:)

    • Puja Shah 9 years ago

George, so happy you are here with us too!

  36. Fatima H 9 years ago

    Hi Amish & team
I cant watch any of the videos on my laptop or mobile, tried a few thing but still nothing. Was so looking forward to this course !!!!!!!

  37. Beverly A 9 years ago

I have been jumping around the course just to get a feel for it and finally came back to Level 1 to do the course in order as suggested. I kept putting off the Forgiveness exercise because I thought I didn’t really harbor any bad feelings toward anyone. While listing the people and reasons I felt I needed to forgive, it was surprising at how many ways I felt I had been wronged and there was a common theme among several. Such a great and powerful exercise to learn more about myself. Oddly enough, I ranked my father low on the list yet that was the only person that evoked so much emotion and made me cry.

My revelation came when I envisioned those I needed to forgive being happy and at their higher self, for only then can it make a difference for everyone concerned. If I wanted them to be miserable, then that would filter out into the world affecting someone else. So, it makes perfect sense for the good of all to wish good things on those who I feel wronged me.

  38. Jeannie S 9 years ago

I’m having some difficulty with the forgiveness exercise and I’m hoping you can help?

I am writing down the names of all people who I can remember as having made me feel bad or hurt me at some point in my life, but then the instruction is to be SPECIFIC with relevance to how they made me feel. Does this mean to write the emotion I felt in relation to the ‘offense’ or to write the actual literal events that led to my feeling however I felt? I ask because the NEXT instruction is to re-write the list with the names and emotions.

Example: Should first list be: Ann B – made fun of my funny looking baby toe OR Ann B. – made me feel embarrassed and lacking self worth. And if first list is actual accounting of event, should second list just be the emotion tied to it?

The next part of my question is more ’emotional’. I have – like everyone – felt negatively toward people in my life because of events or circumstances. But I’m not naturally a ‘grudge’ holder. I don’t have ANYONE in my life that I feel that I need to forgive because I already have made peace with whatever has or had been done. There are people that I do NOT want in my life anymore, but it isn’t because I hold any anger or hatred toward them – I simply recognize that they don’t bring out things in myself that I like. For example – my former sister in law is an angry person. She terrorized my nephew and habitually says very nasty things about my brother and my family. I actually UNDERSTAND why she is the way she is (her father was abusive, she relates success to materialistic shows of wealth and she’s frustrated by her own life). I don’t hate her, but I have zero desire to be anywhere near her or have her be part of my children’s lives. Do I still need to go through the exercise of ‘forgiving’ them even though it’s already been done? Should I be looking deeper for something to forgive or move on with the thought that this exercise is one that has less effect for me?

    Thank you!!!!!

  39. Wendy L 9 years ago

I have just logged back into the site for the first time in over a month. I’ve listened to this webinar twice and the messages resonate on a very high level for me.

I’m glad to hear of the new updates to the site. And thank you for commenting on the position of the Sri Yantra.

I have lots of questions; however, this is the most important one for me right now. I can post in the forums about the other topics.

Is it a good idea to sleep over the Sri Yantra?

    • Puja Shah 9 years ago

Do you mean sleep with it over your bed? It’s actually best to just keep it in the east of your room if you choose to keep it in your room with you at night. Kindly,Puja

    Hi Puja,
Trust you’re well.. Just going through Video 6-Project Forgiveness and just around 7 minutes in, there is an exercise you do to forgive yourself..(Would you please explain this exercise.? We first had to write out a list of all those people who we felt did wrong by us. Do I need to write my name next to their names? I’m a little confused.. Please help..:)

Thanks and I hope to hear from you soon.

    Hi Purja,
I have been waiting for a long time for such practical program. i must say so far so good. You have saved me great time in the research that i was doing.
I am slowly taking in the the information and at some point i am sure i will ask a few questions or come back with some more feedback. I can not wait to start level 2.
Just a not to say, the save link does not work with internet explorer that is part of windows 10. it works perfect with Google chrome. Once again thank.

tried level 1 tonight and struggled, to me it just seemed rushed and before i could go deep into one thing im being asked to do something else, therefore i didnt connect to anything.

Really excited about embarking on this adventurous journey.
I have a question about The 2-Way Mirror exercise:
I hear it to be a “take one to know one” mindset. But how about narcissists and codependency?
I see there is a link, yes, but not similar traits? What do you say?
    Much love
    Kat

Great information, also adhere to the music at the end of the video, maybe lower it down might work, apart from that, really excited to wok on this.

    Have a nice day

Thank you! Namaste. I am enjoying the journey. My first day of meditation using the Sri Yantra showed me a 3D movie of shapes, forms & vibrant colours. It’s more than I can explain in words. I am grateful! Peace, one love & prosperity to our tribe!

I like to thank you amish for this program I purchased it almost a year ago but I never got to start it until now, and I just want to say that it`s a amazing course and I know it will change my life for the best. I am grateful I finally started using it. God bless.

Ok, so here I am at he end of week one and I’m still a lil confuse with a couple of things.
I have manage to forgive and be present, but I am having trouble figuring out what I truly want. I keep on going in circles. I want peace, love, harmony, financial freedom, wealth….. There are so many things that keep coming to mind.
So what I did was to focus on one thing at a time, and write down my perfect day according to that. Is that ok? I just feel like I haven’t mastered level one enough to move on to level 2.
Please advise, I’m going crazy. Lol

Hi how do I access level 2?

  52. Danny B 8 years ago

Hello, I noticed comments going back as far as a year ago mentioning an issue that still seems to be present. The “theme” music is very loud and intrusive at the end of each video, and actually takes away considerably from the calm and introspective feeling you are left with, only briefly, before being “jarred” out of it. It seems as if this is something that you mentioned would be fixed over a year ago, but is still the same. Just curious if this is truly something that will be fixed anytime soon, as I love what I’ve seen so far, but don’t think I would be able to continue the course without that fix.

Thanks again for all that you do and hopefully you guys are able to find a fix!

    All the best!

Danny, we would love to continue to have you, many of the issues were fixed but the theme music is still there, yes. Is there a way you can alter the volume for now when you are listening so you can reap the benefits of the course still, and in the meantime I can check with our tech team if there is a way to dub it out but I believe when we tried before the whole video was altered.

Hello Amish, this is my 2nd day of my lessons, wanting to tap into my inner self and project a strong bond with GOD! Does happen in lesson 2?

    • Puja 8 years ago

Clay, be sure to keep this in your mind as your intention as you move through the levels!

    Dear Puja
The book that Amish keeps showing with the sri yantra, the book that inspired him and he still uses, is it translated to english?
I was wondering if I could buy it myself, if it is out there in english would you mind letting me know the author and title?
I´m really not a computer person and not liking reading on screen or print…but I love dusty old books 🙂
Exciting program! Love the meditations <3

Oh hi again (; Perhaps it is two books?
One is orange/red named Sri Chakra…I believed I found it!
The other is blue with Lakshmi and two elefants…is it Vaibhav Lakshmi Vrat?
    Thank you again 🙂

Thank you from the bottom of my heart to Amish, Puja and all of you who work with P:Y. I have gotten so far in no time at all and I’m only at level 1. I am amazed how simple you are able to make things that have felt impossible and how real the changes are. This is something people can use and relate to, when there’s so many other methods that never Really gets you there in the end. Sure there’s progress made and you feel like you’re growing but something has been missing. Not anymore!
You have truly accomplished something that can change the world. What a destiny you’ve chosen! Thank you for having the courage to pursue it!

So glad Frida, sending you so much light as you embark in your power path!

Frida thank you for your courage and presence!

    Hello Amish and Puja,
I am so happy to have found this program. I am sure I will benefit. I am finished with Level 1, however, it showed me what my block is, I haven”t forgiven. So today I went to a park to meditate and write the assignment.
I am always hardest on myself, but at the same time, my life challenges have been most difficult. I know I have a purpose and this is what I am out to find. And right now a small voice in my head is saying that is to love yourself. I don”t feel I have too much time as I need to find a job and work. And yet I want to do the foot work this program offers.
I would even love to become an affiliate for you, be involved in some way in spreading this to others.
Anyway, Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I am very grateful. I know how hard you have both worked on this.
I have a very busy schedule. Since I haven’t quite forgiven should I move to level 2 or stay at level one until I do?
I have worked on my spirituality all of my life. I have read many books. I am tired.
    Lots of love to you!!!!

    Dear Amish and Puja,
Victory! so fast. I listened to one of your videos and after I meditated on the Sri Yantra. I then chanted. It came to me that I would write a letter asking all those who I felt hurt me and ask for their forgiveness. I did that and found immediate release. I am smiling.

    LOVE, Namaste
