I am able to see the triangles move and pop out but when I put the mantra with it nothing is happening. I am listening to a You Tube mantra and saying the words with it. I am on day three. I do it morning and night. How long before it all comes together?

I went to the link above…it says video not available. Am I to assume it no longer exist?
