Another way is to count 108 through contemplating the different features of the sri yantra. I.E. 36 outer corners, 4 rings, 16 orange petals, 8 yellow petals, 14 green triangles, 29 more triangles and one centre point. All adds up correctly & works for me; in fact it works very well for me. Hope this helps.
Does anyone knows what it means when you start seeing different images project out (as if it’s 3-D) as you’re going through the ritual?

Blessings ~My understanding, Omani is you are in creation mode. I have only had the triangles change color… That wad pretty fun.
How does it feel??I am able to see the triangles move and pop out but when I put the mantra with it nothing is happening. I am listening to a You Tube mantra and saying the words with it. I am on day three. I do it morning and night. How long before it all comes together?
Can we meditate without the yantra symbol.
This is because once we are away to another place we can’t
have the privacy like at home to practice. Pls enlighten
