I downloaded the sample meditation from the email you sent, but I can’t figure out how to download the ones on your website. I need to turn up the volume, too.

Here is a quick step-by-step on how to download the meditations:
– click the link to open the meditation on a new page
– right-click the audio track
– choose “save as” and fro there you can save it to your desktopThanks for being a part of Project:Yourself and enjoy the meditations!
I figured it out. After clicking on the arrow, a fill-bar appears indicating download progress and recording progress. I press Command-S on my Mac, and the mp3 is saved in the file folder of my choice.
Hi there,
You can right-click any of the meditation links, then choose “Save Link As” or “Save Target As” and then save them to your computer. I’m doing this so I can then open the in iTunes and have them on my devices.

Right click the name and you can save as.
