Stuck on Level 3…

    I would love some examples on how to do the Real Life exercise;
    What are five agitation points or things you need to activate so that you can more forward?
    I don’t know why I am stuck here but I just can’t seem to move past it. Perhaps some examples would help open the floodgates of my mind. Thanks!

    Perhaps there is some sort of project to do around the house that would start the process of creating an ideal living environment. Maybe there’s someone involved in a subject that interests you that you can have a conversation with. I’m not sure what you what you want to create in your life, but if inspiration is needed you could even do something you enjoyed doing as a child in order to activate a latent passion. Hope this helps.
